Udonongak as a Intangible Cultural Properties 17 has succeeded to the tradition of Yeongmujangkut where southwest sea-board in Jeolla-do. Yeongmujangkut is  related to the udokut of Yeonggwang, Gochang, Jangseong, Hampyeong and like places. It is the Geolgoongkut  rooted Shincheogkut that old practice of Nanggeollip. So, udonongak is played by professionally performers that is why it satisfies diversify and gorgeousness in artistic. Individual play - Seoljanggu, Buponori, Goggalsogo etc.- is well-developed, the rhythm is somewhat slow, and it use a profusion of dumb rhythm.
Moreover the function of motley  crew is held in high repute. The best feature of Yeonggwang udokut is all motley crews play a drama with wearing a mask made of wood. That is found only in Yeonggwang udokut
